workspace corruption #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new project and add a perfboard
2. set the zoom level in the status bar to 200%
3. note that the top 1" of the workspace is now either blank or contans garbage.

(reducing magnification returns the workspace to normal)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected the workspace but saw garbage.

Whenever possible, please attach the latest log file. It will
provide valuable information when trying to reproduce and locate the
problem. Log files can be found in the log directory under the main
application directory and are marked with date and time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Might be the same problem I am having zoom levels above 75% cuts off the bottom 
half of the workspace. See attached screen-shots of 100% zoom and 33% zoom of 
the same project.
So can DLC only use at 33% zoom.
DIYLC 3.0.9
Java 1.6.0_29
WinXP SP3.

Hope this helps to find the bug
