diylc-3.0.6-beta contains 3.0.5 jar #27

The jar file contained in the current 3.0.6 beta zip, actually contains version 
3.0.5

The built-in updater feature then lets you know that 3.0.6 is available, with 
some fixes, but just takes you to the same download page

It's really a 3.0.6, but is versioned wrongly. The next one will be fine
