Don't hard-code the legal values for power, voltage rating, etc. #40

On resistors and capacitors some attributes (like power, voltage rating) have a 
predefined list of legal values (like 2W or 630V).

It would be nice if these fields could hold arbitrary values.

Agree. It's especially annoying that electrolytic caps don't have a 450V 
rating, as this is the most common for PSU caps.
