Move parts with arrow keys #45

It would be great sometimes if you could move the selected part(s) with the 
arrow keys, one grid step at a time.

Haha, few days ago I made my first serious layout and came to the same 
conclusion. Also, I was going to add shift + arrow to move for a single pixel.
