1. A "send to front" and send to back" option would be helpful along with the 
move up - move back already available.
2. Being able to have an extra control point to bend the leads of a component 
would also be helpful when doing layouts on a turret board. Look at how I used 
jumpers on the cathode bypass caps in my layout below to make the parallel 
connections.

And for extra bonus, a faster way to do multiple send backward/forward for the 
times when you don't want it on top/bottom but just higher or lower.

Send to back/front of a specific layer.
