Saving changes on exit dialog

When exiting, it seems to be more common, at least in Windows/Microsoft 
programs to click Yes to save changes, No to discard them in the dialog box 
that pops up. At the moment this is the other way round, and this seems to be 
an unnecessary risk to those who may be in a rush or may instinctually click 
"yes" when they are expecting a dialog box to pop up asking them to save.

Perhaps you could change this to the standard:
"There are unsaved changes, would you like to save them?"
Yes/No/Cancel
