Select Multiple components by Drawing Rectangle #72

When moving a group of components, rather than individually choosing them all 
while holding the control button, an icon could be created so as to draw the 
standard 'rectangle.'  All components within the box with all of their points 
selected can be chosen and 'grouped' and moved as one, more simply, such as in 
Stripmagic.
