/id/ tag for profiles. #12

Decide how best handle profile fields: screenname, avatar(s), bio, interest list (reuse tags??).

Posts in /id/ authenticated by another post in /id/ are a personal blog or one-author channel (to allow multi-author channels, shared secret key-derived authKeys are needed).
