  1. TAlent AssistantTM should work under common screen resolutions.
  2. Colors used for the user interface should be pleasant and not straining on the eyes.

It is not described what resolution are considered common, and no guidelines are provided for what is considered a pleasant UI, therefore it is hard to determine whether these NFRs have been met.
