Custom prompts location change #43

This PR does the following:

editor.py: adds config_dir as a second, optional argument to ManuscriptEditor
editor.py: modifies ManuscriptPromptConfig to take config_dir instead of config_dir
replaces ai_revision-*.yaml with ai-revision-*.yaml across the codebase
updates tests with new filenames and new config location

Various PRs in this and other repos will depend on this change, specifically:

https://github.com/manubot/manubot/blob/main/manubot/ai_revision/ai_revision_command.py will be updated to take an additional CLI parameter, --config-dir
https://github.com/manubot/rootstock/blob/main/.github/workflows/ai-revision.yaml will be updated to provide the --config-dir parameter that the CLI now expects, which will be set to ci
PR #42 will be updated to reflect the new location of the config files and their new names
