Application Page Not Served #13

Describe the bug I tried visiting the application page and it wasn't served

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to The App Page
  2. You would see this Application error An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command heroku logs --tail

Expected behavior The page should be served
