Database - second import fails if the name is the same (in use error - file permission)

When importing a db file:

• first time it works

• 2nd time it won't work because the tool tries to remove the old one which is still "checked in".

not sure how to fix this one.

• first idea: rename it automatically - 3rd time should work again - but then 4th time i rename it 2 times already? BAD
• force the db connection to be closed? API command?
