Ruler detaches from token when a player drags a token through a wall #199

Foundry v9 introduced a feature that prevents players from dragging a token over walls. The token will get stuck at the wall to signal to the player that they can't walk any further than that. Drag Ruler currently doesn't mimic this behavior, which causes the ruler to detach from the token.
