[BUG] Measurements get weird when measured next to tokens. #239

When there is only one token apparently the rules are correct. But if I add another token on the map, depending on the position the token is in, it doubles the distance. to the right of the token the ruler always measures more, while if I move the token to the left it measures correctly.

Enhanced Terrain Layer just fixed a bug that could have been responsible for this. Please verify if this issue still persists with ETL 10.5
