BUG: Can't drag tokens through walls due to Drag Ruler #291

Using Find the Culprit I found that Drag Ruler is preventing me from dragging tokens through walls.

This invisible stalker here I cannot drag into the hallway unless I disable Drag Ruler:

Oddly, if it is in the hallway, I CAN drag it out past the walls. Just not back?

Versions:

Drag Ruler v1.13.8 (which seems odd, as this github says the latest is 1.13.0?)
DnD5e Drag Ruler Integration (Find the Culprit didn't mention it, but for completeness)
Foundry 11 Stable 307
DnD5E 2.2.2
