Shift-drag not bypassing snap to grid in dnd5e #320

I have tested with no other modules enabled. Shift-drag will not allow me to drop a token without snapping to grid. If I disable drag-ruler or set it to not automatically start measuring, it allows me to drop without snap. Similar tests with pf2e do not have this issue. I have not tried with any other systems.
