Cannot install latest version #11

+1. Confused about there being a new version that jumps 7 numbers when there's no new release and, indeed, no commits to anything public in 8mo. Hope it's a good sign for v11 compatibility?

Crap. There is no new version of routinglib. I meant to release a new socktlib version but apparently updated the wrong package page. That explains quite a few of the oddities I was seeing during release process. I've deleted the incorrect version on the website and restored the old versions. Sorry for any confusion this might have caused.
