Wrong contents of zip file #4

The zip file for the 1.0.3 release contains a single routinglib folder which then contains all the rest of the files.

The files should be in the zip file without the parent routinglib folder.

Are you experiencing issues while installing routinglib? For me installing the module works fine if the zip file is build like this.

It might have been the egress error that github is reporting sometimes. It worked when I did an Update All just now.
