[BUG] Scrolling Disabled in when Account Section is Open

What

Description

When the account section is open, users are unable to scroll down the rest of the page. The scroll functionality seems to be disabled or locked when the account settings panel is active, preventing users from accessing other parts of the website.

Expected Behavior

The user should be able to scroll down the rest of the page while the account section is open, allowing access to other content.

Actual Behavior

The page does not scroll, and the user is stuck at the top of the page.

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to the website.
Navigate to the Account section.
Try to scroll down the page.
