Right now the Scrapy Spider Workflow #7 gets trigger on every push (pr and merge) it should only work with pr's.

It should be something like:

For the PR's:

if playerspider.py gets changes --> trigger the scrapy crawl playerspider, and test it.
if tournaments.py gets changes --> trigger the scrapy crawl tournamentspider, and test it.

changed the logic to only run pytests
