Unknown player on "appearance page" #1

Appearance page: Sometimes player name is not shown. Instead "unknown player" 
is displayed. This is the case, if the player received a red card in his first 
match for the team.

In 0.0.5 also red carded players of opponents are shown as "unknown players". 
will be fixed in next release.

Now it is only players with red cards in all matches
