make sure it is connected with back4apps and works and shows the username, first name, last name, phone and photo and also the user Is able to update all the info there

@Velo23 has committed the user profile which was almost working but had issues such as duplicate tables. @manuelcastroFau and @annaswaheed created new fields for user data and labels to indicate whether the user is able to update the information successfully or not. we also resolved the issue with duplicate tables. Now the user profile is fully functional.
