GSC Inventory for key items is bugged

In G/S/C games the inventory for the key items doesn't store the item count so its structure is different from the other inventory types.

• First BYTE Total count
• 1 BYTE from 0x1 to 0x1A Item ids
• 0xFF after item ids Padding/Terminator
