POST parameters not working for ajaxupload #108

POST parameters are ignored when the jeditable type is 'ajaxupload'. The 
attached file contains an example for this. Only the uploaded file is being 
sent to the server. Parameters like 'id', and 'columnName', and any additional 
oUpdateParameters are never sent to the server.
