add kosovo #53

I ran into a problem while searching for a timezone for the partially recognized country of Kosovo. I found out that it is a part of the IANA database as of March 8, 2023. I added it to the data.json and rebuilt the package.

Hi @Avantiny I'm sorry but I couldn't find anything relating Kosovo at IANA's news or the ISO3166 list of countries. Can you share your source?
