Install fails on Galaxy Nexus Jelly Bean #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install python for android
2.Open app
3.Press 'Install'
4.python_r16.zip downloads
5.'Install failed'
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Successful install. Instead I see 'Install failed'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS:Jelly bean 4.1.1, Phone:Galaxy Nexus,
