What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an interaction
2. View the interactions for that person e.g. 
http://localhost:8000/crm/person/1/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A webpage.
A stack trace indicating that the python 'markdown' library is required.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Django 1.2.3 on Windows 7.
