User Story: Home/Landing Page

Description

As a user, I want to see a home page that provides direct access to the questionnaire page (#19) and the questionnaire management page (#26). The home page should further provide information about what the application does, similar to a landing page.

Acceptance Criteria

• A new page/view is created under the root / URL
• The page allows navigation to the following pages:
  • Questionnaire Page
  • Customer Management Page
  • Form Builder
• The page looks similar to the mockups
