User Story: Enhance Initial Set of Form Engine Controls #38

Description

See #18 for a description of why a user would need form engine controls.

As part of #18, an initial set of form engine controls has been created. If the need arises, this sprint shall expand the controls to accomodate to the requirements of the questionnaire that we want to build in this sprint.

Acceptance Criteria

We have all necessary form engine controls in place for rendering the questionnaire that we want to build in Sprint 3.
