Look up locations from a GPX (or similar) file

There are lots of 'GeoLogger' applications that record lat-longs in files like 
GPX or KML.
It would be good if PhotoGeolocator could read such a file and assign the 
lat-long to an existing photo. 

(You're probably thinking "why not just have Camera geo-tag the photo in the 
first place?" but in my experience it seems to be very slow at locking 
locations and there is no reliable way to know it has locked on to a location 
before taking a photo.) Having a geologger running in the background and then 
matching them up later would be a good workaround.
