Interaction between Double RPG and Hamburger Phone #36

Double RPG reduces the healing of Hamburger Phone's healthpack by 33.33%, reducing it from 150/300 to 100/200. Nautsbuilder currently only substracts 33.33 from the health values.

Fixed by changing Double RPG's effect in the spreadsheet from Health: -33.33% to Health: /1.5. (Division effects are applied last.)
