[UX] Back button instructional button displayed when UIMenu player closing is disabled #153

If a UIMenu has CanPlayerCloseMenu set to false (so that players can't close the menu), the 'Back' instructional button is still displayed. This may cause confusion with users attempting to close a menu that they are blocked from closing, then not knowing why it won't close.
