Fix UIMenu RemoveItemAt #211

This PR fixes UIMenu:RemoveItemAt() function in Lua and adds a debug function that can be called to check the items

@manups4e Maybe you can take a look in C# as it's calling the "Remove_item" broken function so I guess it won't work either
