Yes, you did it! You have two versions: automatic and manual. Automatic: you don't have to do anything, windows are repositioned when screen size changes. Manual: you can "save" window positions and restore it when you click on an traybar icon.
Automatic: branch I0010-restoring-positions-doesnt-work, bin folder. Manual: master, bin folder.
In both there are two zips with necessary files: one with log and one without.
Unfortunately I can't continue development for now as I have no time for that, but I use this app every day.
