Getting the all notification without any marked checkboxes in Profile #23

How I can receive the notifications just for a user? I made

  1. Registered the bot
  2. Inserted the info to the Settings for the project
  3. Nothing changes in Profile of the user (tried to change but the result is the same)
  4. I have received all notifications
