Hi, from their paper titled " 'Aariz: A Benchmark Dataset for Automatic Cephalometric Landmark Detection and CVM Stage Classification"

It says that researchers need to email the authors to obtain access as mentioned in this quotation

"Researchers who wish to access the data must contact the corresponding author and provide a brief statement explaining their reasons for requesting access and their intended use of the data"
