We need a generic template to view the blog post.

@fahad-albasrawie For this task, I mean to create a generic page that can show the blog post.

Blog post creation is defined in the task #145

I got it this way: You mean, Here is the list of blogs, When I click One blog post, it opens the post so it can be read, does this make sense?
