Add page to list Outreachy applicants #154

I would love to have page listing all the applicants working on this project. Ideally a photo with description.

Also suggest where should we link this page to the main menu?

Is it a good idea to integrate the Outreachy applicants page into the team page by adding a new section like "Outreachy applicants 2024"? I would love to work on this issue
