Alt page #12

The links for raiders would be neet to have for a few alts aswell so I created alts.html for toons which I maybe need to checkout every now and then

Could just add them to the roster variable and comment them out and in on demand. Or just plain add them to the roster with a note "alt" or "rat-runner alt" or something, no need to use HTML for temporary storage
