refactor: adopt sylvia framework

Background

We've kept watching the progress of sylvia framework, And it seems good to use it in recent future. (it's almost facing the major release i guess) Thanks to Contract Type and Message Interfaces, It would make our codebase more succinct and easy to maintain.

Required Criteria

  • [ ] Hooks (aggregate, fee, merkle, pausable, routing, routing-custom, routing-fallback)

  • [ ] Mocks (hook, ism, msg-receiver)
  • [ ] Warp (cw20, native)
• [ ] code deploy and migration
  • [ ] Neutron
  • [ ] Osmosis
  • [ ] Stride
