Added number of labs that contributed data at multiple ages. Moved exclusions pre-amble from mb1-paper.RmD to exclusion.RmD in order to add n_before_exclusion as requested by reviewer. Updated Fig 4 to show trendlines. Slightly altered discussion regarding HPP finding.

oops, for posterity I added back in a paragraph that had been put into exclusions.Rmd. Fixing this now.
