Appendix tables don't render properly when knitting to .docx #25

We need to submit at .docx version of the manuscript for typesetting. The tables in the appendix don't seem to render properly in this formatting. @jkosie would you be able to help with this?

I've run into this recently and the solution is to use papaja::apa_table to output the tables. https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/papaja/versions/0.1.0.9997/topics/apa_table assuming you aren't already...sorry in case you are!
