Ability to force a single run with a daemon running #68

When the daemon is running, I'd like to be able to kill -HUP <pid> or rssdler 
--runonce and have it trigger the daemon to do a run, regardless of the 
scanMins setting and what else is going on.

When I know something has been added to my rss and I want it downloading right 
now, waiting the 15 minutes is very frustrating!
