Could not get this working with Xgimi Horizon Pro 4k

Thanks for writing up this integration!

Sadly I could not get it working for me.

I copied the xgimi folder to /config/custom_components

Restarted home assistant

and added this to my configuration.yml after getting the ip address of it.

remote:
  - platform: xgimi
    name: horizon_pro
    host: 192.168.4.108

Restarted home assistant again.

and afterwards it does show up in my entities:

However the status is always off (whether the projector is on or not)

And the projector doesn't react to any commands I send it.

I tried: up, down, right, play, poweroff. Nothing happens 🤷‍♂️

Any idea why it's not working?

I did upgrade my Xgimi to the latest firmware, and mine is running Android TV version 10

Hi @MarkLyck , thanks for your interests, I am not sure if there is something different for a international version of XGIMI. From your description, it seems that your XGIMI is running on native Android TV system, correct? If that is the case, you can use androidtv directly. Because for the China version XGIMI projector is running on a customized system based on Android 8.

If androidtv is not working for you and want to try on this integration, please provide more information and let's see if we can find out:

1. home assistant log when you send command while the projector is powered-on
2. Some screen shots of your XGIMI setting pages
