Migrate implementation into a Mosaic-based architecture (using DuckDB to dynamically load rows)

TODO:

[x] Handle times
[ ] Display unique values (handle categorical data, not just histograms)
[ ] Avoid fetching data for summary visualizations offscreen
[x] Refactor ArrowDataTable into a MosiacClient
[x] Bug: First batch for the table doesn't increment to next batch. After sorting/unsorting a table column it infinitely scrolls.
