Alias for column headings #2

It would be great to be able to rename the headings.

Do we want just a captalization: camel_case to Camel case or different? @sbooeshaghi

That seems reasonable. Or even just a dictionary of remapping values.

I am using this table I've made previously as a target:

e.g.

observation_id -> Observation
organ -> Tissue
n_processed -> Reads
n_pseudoaligned / n_processed *100 -> Aligned
n_unique / n_processed *100 -> Unique
elapsed -> Alignment time (min)
ncells -> Cells
ngenes -> Genes
avg_counts_per_cell -> Avg. per cell
avg_counts_per_gene -> Avg. per gene
min_cell -> Min cell
max_cell -> Max cell
