Make a bar chart for the crime distribution by hour across all days (Similar to "Crime distribution by hour" in https://developers.arcgis.com/python/samples/crime-analysis-and-clustering-using-geoanalytics-and-pyspark/#Big-data-machine-learning-using-pyspark.ml)
Make a bar chart for the crime distribution by each day of a week (Monday, Tuesday, ...)
Use the geocorder to figure out the address for each crime coordinates

@ayhncgty I added a new dataset to the dataset folder. It is in 24hrs.zip. Merge them with the existing dataset and update the analysis.
