We would like to analyze the spatial pattern between Community Policing and other types of reports.

Ideas:

For community policing data, measure the distance between other types of reports and plot the distribution of distances for each type of report. Are some of them closer or farther?
Use "two-point correlation" functions from https://www.astroml.org/user_guide/correlation_functions.html.
