Write slides for:

[x] Introduction I am looking for something like the second page of the initial PowerPoint slides (documents/Tallahassee Crime Map.pptx). I will write this.
[x] Data Collection Give a brief explanation on TOPS. Maybe show the website. I will write this.
[x] Data processing Explain in 1 page how you made the map images.
