    从sql 2005开始，sql数据库支持Time类型，对应CLR中的TimeSpan，如果按原来的代码，将会引发类型转换错误。
    增加对值的判定, 如果dateReader.GetValue(index)的值是TimeSpan,直接返回

附件中的文件，是已修改的TimeSpanTypeHandler.cs，请查阅
